Mark Hadding
Chairman

Mark is a Managing Director at TOC Equity Partners, and focuses on software and aviation-related companies possessing an innovative edge in their industry. Prior to TOC, he was the Global Head of eBusiness for Siemens AG, building a €250MM spanning six continents in three years. He has over 20 years of private equity, venture capital, advisory and entrepreneurial experience, and was the Founder and CEO of several venture-backed B2B startups with successful exits. Mark is a CPA, and holds a BS, summa cum laude, from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steven White
Chief Transformation Officer

Steven has been working with Jobba Trade Technologies for over 6 years and has over 15 years of expertise as a brand strategist. A few of Steven’s career highlights include developing successful brands and innovative strategies for partners like the U.S. Department of Defense, Allstate, LUMA Institute, and Jobba. Along with his accomplished résumé, Steven is also an author of a graphic novel titled Ancient Futures. Jobba is thrilled to have Steven as their Chief Transformation Officer.

For over 15 years, Scott has been managing breakthrough technology innovations for big organizations like Siemens, Motorola, Department of Homeland Security and several successful venture-backed startups. Scott has a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Scott’s superpower is the ability to join technical skills with business execution excellence. He has developed and launched a plethora of strategic business initiatives that not only exceed business objectives but optimize technological opportunities — a rare quality in business leaders with heavy technology backgrounds.
