Jobba Trade Technologies’ client management software makes the lives of roofers easier and their companies more successful. Our software is used to prospect new customers, manage bids/quotes, schedule service teams, and project manage construction jobs. It can even take payments. With a base of established clients, we have recently released a completely new second product platform.

We seek 1-2 Customer Success Consultants to be a part of our Services team. The Services function of our company is expanding across the board – Support, Education, Implementation, Data Analytics, and Customer Success – to keep up with demand and expansion. Consultants provide technical assistance that may be done on-site, in-house, and/or remotely, as part of our approach. Specifically, this team is responsible for working with end users on use of the various features and functionality, and configuration with specific attention to workflows, reporting, and integration with other packages/tools/databases.

About the role:

• Effectively manage software implementation projects
• Perform pre-sales consulting to articulate customer needs regarding our platform
• Develop project plans to efficiently complete projects given customer availability
• Configure features and functionality across various business processes
• Design applicable reporting using the platform’s capabilities and Power BI
• Partner with owners, managers, and key stakeholders to ensure adoption of the software
• Participate with internal teams to communicate platform enhancement requests
• Complete all project administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up with customers to measure customer success and provide add-on services
• Discuss, document, research, and provide resolution for customer questions
• Independently learn and master construction industry terminology

Education & Experiences that we value:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 – 2 years professional experience post college in consulting services and/or software implementation
• Experience with the construction industry would be ideal (but not required)

Nice to have and/or you’ll learn:

• Virtual training techniques and tools
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities with experience solving technical issues
• Willingness to work both independently and as an integral part of a team

We seek one or two Customer Success Managers. The core of this role is helping our customer’s employees, very busy and sometimes not the most technical people, learn how to fully integrate the processes and features our software solutions offers.

Your role is to build strong relations throughout our customers’ teams, drive adoption of our software, and ensure overall customer satisfaction at your assigned customer base.

About the role:

  • Support the successful transition from sale to client while implementing Jobba’s software. Recommend workflows to ensure successful delivery and usage of the solution. Facilitate training of new users.
  • Build trusted advisor relations by understanding our customers’ challenges, employees, business processes, and business model and helping each client adopt Jobba Trade Technologies solutions to effectively add value to their business.
  • Elevate the overall client experience by ensuring issues are handled & resolved promptly and providing closed-loop customer communication on all feedback.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for your customers desired enhancements with internal teams during the product planning process while concurrently managing customer’s expectations.
  • Work with customers to define the goals and objectives of the implementation. Regularly monitor usage and influence customer adoption. Conduct regular business reviews to support value realization and proactively identify concerns and/or opportunities.
  • Suggest appropriate training solutions to your customer base and directly facilitate training when appropriate.
  • As needed, identify & support expansion opportunities through product usage and adoption.

Our Sales team is the first contact we have with prospects, and you will create that lasting “first impression.” Your focus: grow the business through persistent, adaptive and smart sales strategy & tactics.

About the role:

  • Grow revenue using a value-selling methodology which focuses on speaking with the right people at the right companies
  • Meet Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Engage new sales opportunities through existing leads database, inbound lead follow-up & outbound communication, and prospecting activities
  • Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations with strong ability to close over the phone
  • Learn & articulate our value propositions to the target markets
  • Actively score every prospect in the software platform, oversee and actively participate in the creation of a business case for every opportunity and manage your sales pipeline by devoting energy to each stage of the selling cycle
  • Maintain all sales activities & communication in a CRM system
  • Understand commercial roofing contractor’s needs and pain points
  • Gain an expert knowledge of our SaaS product set
  • Work closely with our customer success team to ensure clients achieve the business case

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, aggressive phone and web conferencing experience (2-3 yrs)
  • Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product

Support

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative. We believe the success of our company is built on consistent, positive customer experiences. Front line support is a pillar of that experience. Customers call and email us expecting knowledgeable, patient and helpful support in a timely fashion. Every time.

About the role:

  • Provide Tier 1 phone/email/web support for our technology applications; recognize the value and importance as the first point of contact for customers seeking application or technical assistance
  • Communicate well… be sure to inform and update customers with alacrity
  • Listen well…. be sure to understand the issue or situation before attempting to resolve it
  • Troubleshoot incoming issues using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions; isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
  • Ensure closed loop communication with customers in ticket resolutions, bugs, updates, etc.
  • Handle unresolved and escalated issues with Services and Dev teams
  • Maintain and record customer interactions within CRM and Support Ticket System (Jira)
  • Work with Product Management on gathering requirements for customers’ feature requests
  • Write and maintain interface and procedural documentation including user guides, quick-reference guides, release notes, configuration guides, and help files.
  • Work with subject matter experts to obtain insight and content for documentation
  • Manage & maintain support materials and documentation as new releases, enhancements and fixes are delivered
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, and willingness to pursue emerging technologies as needed for the organization.

Experiences and Skills that we value*:

  • Proven experience as a phone-based Support professional (1-3 years)
  • Good understanding of computer systems, tablets, mobile devices and other tech products; and ability to continually learn
  • Ability to listen; diagnose and resolve application & technical issues
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Zendesk, GitHub, Trello, Asana and other related tools preferred

We are looking for an Office & Team Administrator for our Rosemont location. Working on-site is a requirement.

This person is responsible for maintaining a positive and inviting work environment and making sure our company experience – employee, customer and vendor – is top notch. Our ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Also, highly organizational with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for “getting things done!” This person will be a primary point of contact for the company and own the day-to-day office activities. This is an exciting opportunity to play an impactful role in a fast-growing tech company.

About the role:

  • Support the Team– manage travel arrangements, expenses, admin & HR support, scheduling, etc. while sharing a great team culture that is positive/inviting/supportive/open!
  • Run the Office– maintain general organization, company communication (mail/email/phone), equipment inventory & supplies, building & office activities, facilitate customer and guest visits.
  • Keep the Company going strong– support accounting activities, customer communications, tradeshows & event coordination & memberships, vendor accounts and communications.
