What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer challenges, provide ongoing support, issue handling & resolution and ensure closed-loop customer communication
  • Ensure that customers are finding value in our services and using our solutions effectively
  • Identify & Drive expansion opportunities through product usage and adoption
  • Lead implementation and training for the transition from sale to account management
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience; be an advocate for customer POV; and collaborate with internal teams to achieve both.
  • Work closely with Professional Services teammates to meet quarterly goals & regularly
  • Listen to our customers. Create with them customer success plans to achieve their objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication, listening, training and presentation skills
  • 3-5 years experience in customer success or account management role
  • Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire to learn new technologies (HubSpot, Jira, Customer Success Box, Google suite, online storage, etc.)
  • Take personal accountability for workload and projects (Want to own your work!)
  • Previously worked with customers supporting or implementing technology solutions a plus
  • Experience working at construction or roofing company a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Customer Support

What You’ll Do

We believe the success of our company is built on consistent, positive customer experiences. Training gives customers their first experience with our technology and demonstrates how we can improve their businesses. You will own the entire customer lifecycle training curriculum for SaaS Enterprise and module software applications. Customers that use our solution stay with our solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer training via several delivery methods including online video, webinar presentations, onsite (company & customer sites) and quick-tip videos
  • Design, develop and maintain course content and training programs curriculum on our technology and customer processes for entry-level, expert, train-the-trainers, and persona specific audiences
  • Facilitate training and user learning using a variety of training methods, tools, and software programs
  • Recommend workflows to customer to ensure successful delivery and usage of solution
  • Drive continuous improvement for yourself, our training approach and customer learning
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using available usage metrics, package upsell statistics, and customer retention data; and managing an users and customers through an entire training process
  • Collaborate with internal teams for the continuous improvement of customer experience, communication and retention
  • Gain an expert working understanding of Jobba’s technology platforms and product development roadmap

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication, listening, training and presentation skills
  • Proven experience as technical trainer in designing complete course content for product, audience, and organizational needs
  • 3-5 years experience in software training, onboarding or implementation role
  • Knowledgeable of modern (and successful) training techniques, methodologies and tools
  • Take personal accountability for workload and projects (Want to own your work!)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

What You’ll Do

We believe the success of our company is built on consistent, positive customer experiences. Front line support is a pillar of that experience. Customers call and email us expecting knowledgeable, patient and helpful support in a timely fashion. Every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 phone/email/web support for our technology applications; recognize the value and importance as the first point of contact for customers seeking application or technical assistance
  • Communicate well… be sure to inform and update customers with alacrity
  • Listen well…. be sure to understand the issue or situation before attempting to resolve it
  • Troubleshoot incoming issues using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions; isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
  • Ensure closed loop communication with customers in ticket resolutions, bugs, updates, etc.
  • Handle unresolved and escalated issues with Services and Dev teams
  • Maintain and record customer interactions within CRM and Support Ticket System (JIRA)
  • Work with Product Management on gathering requirements for customers’ feature requests
  • Write and maintain interface and procedural documentation including user guides, quick-reference guides, release notes, configuration guides, and help files.
  • Work with subject matter experts to obtain insight and content for documentation
  • Manage & maintain support materials and documentation as new releases, enhancements and fixes are delivered
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, and willingness to pursue emerging technologies as needed for the organization.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a phone-based Support professional (1-3 years)
  • Good understanding of computer systems, tablets, mobile devices and other tech products; and ability to continually learn
  • Ability to listen; diagnose and resolve application & technical issues
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Zendesk, GitHub, Trello, Asana and other related tools preferred
  • Experience with testing software/system functionality, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems preferred
