Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team – manage travel arrangements, expenses, admin & HR support, scheduling, etc.  while sharing a great team culture that is positive/inviting/supportive/open!
  • Run the Office – maintain general organization, company communication (mail/email/phone), equipment inventory & supplies, building & office activities, facilitate customer and guest visits.

What You’ll Do

We believe the success of our company is built on consistent, positive customer experiences. Training gives customers their first experience with our technology and demonstrates how we can improve their businesses. You will own the entire customer lifecycle training curriculum for SaaS Enterprise and module software applications. Customers that use our solution stay with our solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer training via several delivery methods including online video, webinar presentations, onsite (company & customer sites) and quick-tip videos
  • Design, develop and maintain course content and training programs curriculum on our technology and customer processes for entry-level, expert, train-the-trainers, and persona specific audiences
  • Facilitate training and user learning using a variety of training methods, tools, and software programs
  • Recommend workflows to customer to ensure successful delivery and usage of solution
  • Drive continuous improvement for yourself, our training approach and customer learning
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using available usage metrics, package upsell statistics, and customer retention data; and managing an users and customers through an entire training process
  • Collaborate with internal teams for the continuous improvement of customer experience, communication and retention
  • Gain an expert working understanding of Jobba’s technology platforms and product development roadmap

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication, listening, training and presentation skills
  • Proven experience as technical trainer in designing complete course content for product, audience, and organizational needs
  • 3-5 years experience in software training, onboarding or implementation role

What You’ll Do

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, strategic and enjoys working independently and working within a collaborative team environment for a fast-growing tech company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Marketing in organizing various projects
  • Create Marketing Campaigns based on company strategic approach
  • Oversee Press Releases with outside vendor
  • Update website Content and landing pages
  • Coordinate with Contractors for SEO/ PPC keyword strategy with website
  • Plan and execute internal and external communications, including educational bulletins, mailers, webinars, press releases and email campaigns.
  • Assist in writing/editing/proofing collateral marketing content in line with branding initiative for company’s presence in the market
  • Tradeshow prep and execution including the following: Assist in the planning and follow-up after tradeshows, conferences and events; Ensure Tradeshow displays, giveaways, monitors, etc. are shipped to Conference; Register attendees for Conferences when applicable; Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information for conferences/tradeshows
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue using a value-selling methodology which focuses on speaking with the right people at the right companies
  • Meet Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Engage new sales opportunities through existing leads database, inbound lead follow-up & outbound communication, and prospecting activities
  • Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations with strong ability to close over the phone
  • Learn & articulate our value propositions to the target markets
  • Actively score every prospect in the software platform, oversee and actively participate in the creation of a business case for every opportunity and manage your sales pipeline by devoting energy to each stage of the selling cycle
  • Maintain all sales activities & communication in a CRM system

Product Development

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced web developer to build, enhance and maintain web applications. This person will utilize a variety of technologies, including PHP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and web services. The candidate must be comfortable working in existing code bases as well as working in small, fast-paced, agile and non-agile teams. This position will focus on the design and development of projects that will add to and integrate with existing Jobba Trade Technologies products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop code for projects that require HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL
  • Be responsible for code quality and use of best practices across the development team through code reviews and knowledge exchange sessions.
  • Use complex SQL queries to interact with a large and complex database
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables are met successfully and with customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, managing tight workflow and deadlines
  • Work closely with other developers to share knowledge and stay abreast of technology trends.
  • Improve/enhance our internal frameworks to achieve a better end result for our customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Computer science or similar degree in technology (or equivalent experience)
  • 1 year experience web development at minimum – Hand coding HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, SQL
  • Familiar with programs such as Heidi, MariaDB, or MySQL Workbench and PHPStorm
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, testing, and operations

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Power BI developer to implement and manage our Power BI development and administration. Jobba uses Power BI for both internal and customer audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, update and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards to meet business requirements.
  • Design, publish and maintain Power BI data models with many interrelated tables connected.
  • Document business requirements and solutions while providing support for creation of end user documentation.
  • Work with internal customers to formulate the requirements for their analytical problems and provide them with implementation support.
  • Fluidly integrate existing sources with Power BI.
  • Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required formats.
  • Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
  • Set up automated data refresh of dashboards to show the updated values from source data.
  • Able to implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
  • Actively participate in our culture of continuous development and innovation by contributing ideas for new features and functionality.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years designing and developing dashboards in Power BI
  • Strong SQL ability (complex queries on relational databases, stored procedures, automation)
