Jobba, the roofing industry’s leading software provider, announced that Dennis Keglovits has joined the company as the Chief Customer Officer, where he will focus on building a truly customer-centric culture within the company.

Keglovits’ focus is to ensure that everyone is focused on consistently improving the overall customer experience. At Jobba, he will manage and expand the customer services function, including support services, implementation services, training, customer success, and product validation.
“I really enjoy the startup mentality, as well as the customer interaction here,” said Keglovits. “We have some strong resources already on board, so we are accelerating efforts to formalize processes and strategize on innovative materials and delivery methods to help our customers succeed.”
Keglovits brings a strong background in compliance, operations, and technology, having worked as a practice leader for a global consulting firm. He also spent time as a chief client officer in a startup software company where he developed a strong customer journey experience.
